The following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") govern your access to and use of the GhostDrip website and services (the "Service"), which provides non-custodial, privacy-first dollar-cost averaging (DCA) tools for Monero (XMR).

By using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

GhostDrip is a non-custodial DCA tool that enables users to automate regular purchases of Monero (XMR). Key aspects of our service:

• Allowance-only flow: Users connect a wallet and approve a capped ERC-20 allowance. Our backend only pulls up to the per-run amount on schedule.
• Non-custodial: We never take custody of your funds. All transactions are executed through your connected wallet.
• No exchange services: We do not sell or buy cryptocurrency, nor do we handle fiat currency. All swaps are executed via Trocador, a third-party routing service.
• Privacy-first: No accounts, no cookies, no analytics. We collect minimal data necessary for service operation.

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You are expected to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

By using GhostDrip, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, and are not a citizen or resident of a country subject to international sanctions, nor a country where usage of cryptocurrency is forbidden by applicable law.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• For any illegal purpose or to facilitate illegal activities
• To impersonate GhostDrip, its operators, or any other person or entity
• To introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components
• To attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service or connected systems
• To use automated tools to access the Service without authorization

GhostDrip is designed with privacy as a core principle:

• We do not require user accounts or personal information
• We do not use cookies or analytics tracking
• We collect only minimal data necessary for service operation
• DCA strategies auto-delete upon completion, user request, or after 3 consecutive failures
• We retain only the last execution ID for operational purposes

GhostDrip integrates with third-party services, including Trocador for cryptocurrency routing. When using these services:

• You are subject to the third party's terms of service and privacy policies
• We have no control over third-party services and accept no responsibility for their actions
• We recommend reviewing third-party terms before using their services

Important: GhostDrip does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. All investment decisions remain your sole responsibility.

Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risks, including but not limited to:

• Extreme price volatility
• Potential total loss of invested funds
• Regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency legality
• Technical risks related to blockchain technology
• Liquidity risks

You are solely responsible for determining what taxes, if any, apply to your cryptocurrency transactions. GhostDrip is not responsible for tax compliance and does not provide tax advice.

You agree to hold GhostDrip harmless from any tax-related issues arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information
• Warranties that the Service will meet your expectations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GhostDrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GhostDrip and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms of Use
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any third-party claims related to your use of the Service
